how would you break down your creative process?

hey everyone, i want to learn more about everyone's workflow for their projects. pretty much what are the steps for you from ideation to finished work? and what’s the most annoying part of getting there? full transparency: i’m building a product in this space, but this post is purely for research purposes. i won’t pitch or dm anyone who responds what i’m building: it's a workspace for the creative process. i kept bouncing between apps. trying to remember which app i bookmarked a reference in, move it somewhere else to build a board, then plan the actual project in another. so i’m building something that keeps references, notes, boards, and tasks for a project in one spot. that’s how my own experience, but i’m curious if other people work differently or hit different walls. happy to share more about it if anyone’s curious, but i’d rather hear how you work so not looking to pitch.
