Has anyone been to a WomenHack hiring event? How do the “speed interviews” actually work?

Hi everyone! Has anyone attended a WomenHack event? From what I’ve read, it’s a speed-interview format where you meet 15–20 companies in one evening, around 5 minutes each. But I’m not sure what to actually expect: Is it more of an intro/networking chat, or do they ask technical questions? Should I prepare for anything technical, or mainly a short pitch about myself? Did it lead to real interviews or offers for you afterwards? Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s been to one. Thanks!
