How can you handle distributions? I will not promote

how do you guys approach distribution when launching your products? what do you rely on the most for organic marketing, aso, or paid ads through meta and google? i use different ways to promote my own products and so far i feel like organic growth works best especially when it comes to unit economics and keeping the burn rate low it would be lovely to hear from more experienced solo builders who've managed to run all their marketing campaigns, grow their paid subscriber base, and improve conversion rates
