Side Whisper - a free Windows sidebar that keeps web apps and Windows apps on one rail
I'm the developer of Side Whisper and it went out on the Microsoft Store on 29 October, so it's a week old and still a bit raw. It's a rail docked to the edge of the screen. Web apps and Windows apps sit on the same rail, and each web app opens in its own compact window. Ctrl+Alt+0 shows or hides it by default. Alt+A starts dictation. The speech model runs on your PC, so dictation works offline. The text lands where your cursor is, except in admin windows. In the video you can see Gaming View (Alt+Shift+G), which keeps the sidebar on top of a game. You need borderless windowed for it, and some anti-cheat doesn't allow overlays, so I can't promise that is compatible with every game out there. The free version needs no account and has no app limit. There's a paid Pro tier too with some extra features (14 days free trial). Lifetime Pro is $99 for the first 100 licenses, then $149. It's one payment and includes 12 months of Sync. It runs on Windows 10 (1809 or later) and Windows 11, x64 only. I'll be around to answer questions.
