I don't know if there's a name for this or not, but do you guys ever feel some designs feel more 'alive'? Is there a name for that 'alive' feeling.

This is probably a very subjective question, but just as the title said, when I looked at things around me, I feel some design just pops out. Even if the all the technical aspect of the design is bad, it just feel 'alive'. Problem is I don't know what 'alive' is exactly, or if there's a name for it. Like do you ever get the feeling I'm trying to describe here, maybe is there a name for it? Cause I really don't know how to explain it better. I'm hoping discussing this will lead me somewhere.
