Meta Readies Cross-Border Investment Bond Offering

Meta Platforms Inc. is readying a cross-border investment-grade bond offering, testing investor appetite for debt amid growing skepticism about the pace of spending by the companies spearheading the artificial intelligence infrastructure buildout.

The company has asked Citigroup Inc. and Morgan Stanley to hold investor calls on Monday and Tuesday, according to a person familiar with the matter. The firm may sell US dollar bonds in five parts as well as euro-denominated notes in six parts, the person added, asking not to be identified because they’re not authorized to speak publicly.
