Codex Cloud — Failed to publish environment. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi everyone! I'm using ChatGPT Plus and trying to set up Codex Cloud, but I keep getting the error "Failed to publish environment." Here's what I've tried: Created 4 cloud environments. Tested 2 different GitHub repositories. Verified that the ChatGPT Codex Connector is installed. Enabled access to all repositories. Confirmed that GitHub checkout and environment setup complete successfully. Left installation scripts and environment variables empty. After about 1–2 minutes, publishing fails. All environments remain unpublished. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a known fix or workaround that doesn't require using Codex locally? Thanks!
