I just realized codex uses your mobile data when you access a chat thats running on your pc? What the actual fuck is this?

It used my whole monthly data in a day. My task in running on my pc at home, I just checked in while Im out to see if its still running and instantly lost 2 GB of data??? How does that even work? Edit: I should've probably said that the chat is not giving me any outpus in the chat,it is literally doing something in the folders of my project directly on my pc. There is nothing in the chat that would require me to use 5gb to view
