How to monetize this. I will not promote

I'm exploring the idea of a platform where venues and spaces can discover and book revenue-generating concepts, activations and experiences to bring into their locations. For example, a hotel with an underutilised rooftop could browse and book an F&B pop-up, live entertainment, workshops, themed events or other concepts to attract visitors, generate additional revenue or offer guests alternative programming. The idea is to connect spaces (hotels, malls, retail spaces, etc.) with operators and creators who have concepts they can bring to these locations. I'm struggling with the business model, though. Who would typically pay whom? Would venues pay to book these concepts, or would operators pay for access to spaces? Does anything like this already exist?
