Built an AI to fight hospital bills, lol

Something I realized while worked on it: identifying $2,000 overcharge and getting a hospital to remove it are two completely different problems! oops. Well, AI is pretty good at the first part as it can compare medical bills against insurance statements, flag duplicate charges, spot suspicious pricing etc. But the second part (contacting hospitals and so on) often involves phone calls, appeals, paperwork, and dealing with their billing departments.. So I built Mediloop around a hybrid approach: AI reviews the bill, identifies potential errors & overcharges, after that a human billing specialist handles actual negotiations. Seems like balanced approach. It's $129 per bill, with a refund if we can't save you at least that amount.. The biggest challenge isn't necessarily finding billing mistakes. It's getting them corrected without putting even more work on the patient. Curious what do you think, IMO - use AI to bet that insurance guys is good idea lol, but still have no idea how to make AI handle second part (negotiations and so on)
