OpenAI demand's

Is it possible that OpenAI might be intentionally downgrading itself and giving less usages so that users that have a subscription leave OpenAI for claude. But in reality it is part of their plan as the company can no longer satisfy and keep up fast enough with the growing demand with its current computing capacity. So it plans to cut its user base without facing backlash as we are the ones leaving ourselves. Edit: By cant keep up as in right now, chips and data centers is not the problem but the energy and power stations needed to sustain these data centers.
