I will not promote: How have you gotten sales in cybersecurity?

Good afternoon everyone, Is anyone here in Cybersecurity and/or government contracting who can share how they have gotten sales? I have a Cybersecurity startup specializing in penetration testing, threat hunting/SOC, incident response, and AI workflows. I have the service packages down, and I'm working to understand the market and sales given my limited resources. So far we are using freelancing apps such as Upwork and Fiverr. We are also have someone leading on government contracts well. We have been a business for about a year and 8 months. I appreciate your input in advance!
