[I will not promote] This is the first time I try to creat a French SAS and I'm a bit lost, how can I do it effortlessly?

Hello everyone, I am preparing to set up an SAS in France to establish the legal foundation and apply for grants/bounties (EU / French Tech) in the short term. We are all starting together right from incorporation with the exact following breakdown: Day 1 Cap Table: 2 Co-founders: ~92% of the share capital (e.g., 52% / 40%). Chief Operating Officer (Early Employee): 2%. Strategic Advisor: 0.5%. Option pool (unallocated BSA / BSPCE): ~5.5% reserved for future hires. Temporary Governance: We want to appoint our Chief Operating Officer (COO, who holds 2%) as President for the seed/grant stage. Automatic post-funding transition: We want to include a strict legal condition (in the Appointment Act and Shareholders' Agreement): as soon as funding/fundraising is secured, the President/CEO role automatically reverts to the main founder (me), and the COO remains as-is—a senior executive, Chief Operating Officer. Security: Retain absolute voting majority (51%+) on the founders' side and include vesting / reverse vesting clauses in the Shareholders' Agreement ( Pacte d'Associés ). Domiciliation: Need to include a registered business address (e.g., in Paris). Standard automated online forms (like Legalstart / LegalPlace) seem too rigid to handle this conditional Appointment Act and this tailored Shareholders' Agreement for 4 parties plus the pool. My questions: Which online solution or platform do you recommend to handle this complexity at a reasonable cost (SeedLegals, custom Captain Contrat, or a LegalPlace + Lawyer combo)? Any feedback or experience on managing a post-grant/funding President transition via a separate appointment act? I want this to be as cheap as possible. I would also like to know which bank is the most affordable for us? Is there anything else I should know? This is the first time I'm facing this level of complexity, and I'm feeling a bit lost. Thanks for your feedback!
