As stated like half a dozen times above:

1. The "talk to a lawyer" advice was more meant for everyone else beyond Mansell.

2. The $10k retainer was only about litigating. There is more to having a lawyer than litigating. And I was talking about the things BAM did and the things Schneider did that all happened pre-litigation.
