I love dogs, and now Claude Code does too.

I made a thing that logs every dog that walks by my house, counts how many times (and when and what direction) they walk by. A security camera streams video to a Mac mini. Local YOLO model detects dogs and saves photos. Claude Vision picks the best photo and identifies each dog against regulars. Claude comes up with the names, draws their portraits, and gives them an entirely imaginary backstory. It's mostly autonomous, every week or so I double-check it. doggosonmystreet.com
