MADE to FIGHT: A Very Human Robot Saga

We’ve made something awesome.

For the past 18 months, we’ve been filming the rise of robot fights in San Francisco and beyond. What began as something of a curiosity morphed into a wild drama, and we’ve turned the whole thing into an eight-part docuseries. It’s entertaining, funny, heart-warming and quite insane.

The story follows a group of people who start out together, hoping to turn robot fights into the next big form of entertainment. But they soon break apart and go to war with each other, creating rival fight teams REK and UFB. As the story goes on, the robots get bigger and bigger and so too do the fights and the stakes and the drama.

The series captures this weird moment in time – AI meets robotics meets SF culture – in the most unexpected of ways. It’s a robot story, but it’s really a story about humans trying to make their way in this bizarre world.
