How do you stay focused?

Building an app seems more like an attention challenge than capability or technical challenge. I am lately feeling the real resource when I am building an app is not really the AI tokens or skills, it’s my attention towards building and completing the most important thing. AI has made it possible for me to solve any bug, all the bugs, but there are probably more bugs in my app than stars in the visible universe. I sure feel that way. And every few days later I realise I was wasting my time in a different corner of the universe which is an edge-case. While the first 30 seconds of the user’s journey is still not decided. It’s so frustrating, my eyes are boiling as I type this. So tell me please, how do you handle this situation? Surely, I am not the only one.
