Designers, where has AI actually been useful in your workflow?

AI tools are popping up everywhere in design, but I’m curious about where they genuinely make a difference in day-to-day work. Is it helping you explore ideas faster, create visual assets, automate repetitive tasks, or get better research insights? What part of the design process has AI improved the most for you?
