I built a Firefox MCP server because every agent browser wanted Chrome

Every "let the AI use a browser" tool I tried wanted Chrome or opened its own empty profile. I wanted my actual browser, with my tabs and logins, so I built the Firefox version. It's an add-on plus a tiny local helper. The helper listens on localhost behind a token, and any MCP client (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) can drive the browser: open tabs, read the page, click, type, screenshot, read history and bookmarks. A cursor moves to whatever it's about to click with a one-line note, and you can pause it with Ctrl+Shift+. MPL-2.0, no telemetry, no account. It's been up on AMO for a week with a handful of users, and I'm now trying to get it in front of people who'd actually use it. github.com/hamb1y/foxhand addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/foxhand Happy to answer anything about the native messaging side
