Redesigned Flags Explorer for sharing overrides with your team

Flags Explorer is a tool in the Vercel Toolbar where you can see which feature flags are active on your end, and share them with your team. Either by setting them for the branch or through a URL.

The Explorer surface has been redesigned to co-locate overrides, branch recommendations, and any related actions.

Whenever a branch has overrides set, they will be recommended to anyone visiting the deployment through a dialog.
