Vanguard service is not just subpar, it's atrocious. I wasted the better part of an hour respond to a cryptic message when I checked my account that said I needed to call in about moving funds to a decent firm. First issue, the unnecessarily complicated automated questions. Then waiting with that cheesy music. Then got somebody who needed to get somebody else. More of the same cheesy music.
