Newbie Question- Dieline

​ Hi everyone! My client's Chinese manufacturer sent a dieline where everything consists of identical closed rectangles with the exact same stroke and color, with no distinction between cuts or creases. How should I handle it? Do I just use it as a flat visual reference, add a 2-3 mm bleed on the outer edges, and let the factory handle the technical prep, or do I need to clean it into separate cut/crease layers first? Any advice would be huge. Thanks!
