Equity free grants for startups? (i will not promote)

So I have seen many founders on X and some on Reddit claiming that they got several equity free grants for their company not from their university or something but from orgs or global companies? Anybody here had similar experience? If you, did can you please share the process or any experience of yours? Thanks
