They choose sell selected and specifically choose those two lots and sold all shares in both lots in one transaction. I guess it's just the way Fidelity reports it.

The end result is the same no matter the order. But curious why it wasn’t FIFO.

If there were other lots purchased in that time period, the full loss might not have been realized.

There were no other lots in that timeframe. I think the other lots were much earlier in the year.
