I believe this means that it will provide 2.5% instead of 1.75% and then any inflation addition will be on top of 2.5 ? Correct ?

If so, why confuse people with the 1.75% ? Is that what is was in the beginning

Total price shows as $10400 for qty of 1000, but price with markup is 95.03 ? What is that ?


Inflation factor is 1.08 ?
