Looking for smooth music download/tagging experience (with slskd)

My music setup for over a year has been slskd + beets. I manually search for an album on slskd with minbitrate:320 and mp3, and then have to ssh into the vm to run beet import which does all the tagging and even fetching genres. This has been fine but I would like something smoother, like how I can have with seerr to easily discover and download music and shows. Back when I was setting this up, there weren't many projects available. Now I found that there are many, and I tried a few: DroppedNeedle, Aurral, Diggar (which I couldn't get running), soulbeet, crate. I found that many of these are embarassingly slopped, and the UI is a complete nightmare with a million options and text everywhere. In general it seems that these projects are trying to achieve way more than what I'm after. I don't need streaming, integration with a thousand services, and all the features that DroppedNeedle and Aurral have. But I do love the way Aurral allows me to just look up an album, press download, and it will end up in my music library through slskd. All I want is: - slskd integration for automated downloads with quality profiles (in my case mp3 320 bitrate) - automated tagging based on last fm or musicbrainz (genre is important) - optionally some music discovery, but not required - single docker container - extremely minimal otherwise This way the flow for downloading an album would be to access the service, search album name, click the option that matches what I want, press download, in the background slskd searches and finds option matching quality profile, files are tagged and moved to music library, album available on jellyfin. Essentially a seerr for music, where slskd is the torrent client and jellyfin remains the streaming service. Is there anything like this? I feel like I'm going crazy trying to find a project that simply lets me find and download music rather than replace my entire media stack.
