The banked reset from today just dissapeared?

It said that the deadline for using it is on 22.10, and it just disappeared at 6 PM CET? I thought it would disappear at midnight on 22.10 CET, or at midnight on 22.10 worldwide? It expiring now wasn't written anywhere? Man, this sucks...
