Managing a local DeepSeek Harness (dsh) server from the macOS menu bar

If you run DeepSeek Harness locally on a Mac, the loop is familiar: check whether the server is up, restart it after an update, open the web UI, tail the log. I got tired of keeping a terminal tab around for that, so I wrote a menu bar app for it. What it does Status at a glance: running or not, PID, uptime, installed DSH version. Start / stop / restart the local service, with a configurable port. Open DSH Web from the menu or a global shortcut (Shift + Command + D). Live log viewer with search and log rotation. Crash notification and bounded auto-restart for services started by the app; launch at login; English and Simplified Chinese UI. Use case it is built for: a single Mac running dsh for local coding work, where the service should survive reboots and updates without a terminal session babysitting it. Scope and limits: it drives the official DSH CLI rather than reimplementing anything, so dsh must be installed and on PATH. It is a personal hobby project, MIT licensed, macOS 13+, universal build. Known rough edges: the release is not notarized yet, so first launch needs the usual Gatekeeper step described in the release notes. Source, release and setup notes: github.com/donald-trump86/dsh-bar-macos Affiliation: I am the author. Happy to take bug reports, and PRs if anything in the SwiftUI code is obviously wrong.
