Photon Bridge raises €10M to make AI data-center lasers at scale

Photon Bridge, founded by photonics researchers Rui Santos and Xaveer Leijtens, raised €10 million to develop laser sources for optical links between AI processors, Tech.eu reported on October 21st. The round was co-led by Amadeus APEX Technology Fund and 360 Capital. Existing investors Innovation Industries, Faber and Brabant Development Agency, known as BOM, also increased their investment.
