Self hosted manga library setup, multiple chapter management

I self host a comic library using Suwayomi to download chapters and then Komga as an extention for reading on Mihon on the phone. I want to set up Suwayomi to automatically check for new chapters every week and download them, in case there are new ones. The issue is, that there are lots of titles that have several translator groups available (within the same source), thus multiplying the amout of auto downloaded chapters per title. The chapter list looks like this: Chapter 1 - Group A Chapter 1 - Group B Chapter 1 - Group C Chapter 2 - Group A Chapter 2 - Group B Chapter 2 - Group C etc. Obviously I don't need 3 separate translations of the same title because it's messing up Komga later, and luckilly there is a filter option to choose a specific translation only, which I used when I was manually downloading the titles. The problem is that the scheduled actualization and download function doesn't take this into consideration at all and is downloading everything. So when a new chapter is available, but several groups upload it (again, all within one extention), instead of downloading let's say Chapter 80 Group A, i get 3 separate files for Chapter 80, even though I only need 1. Of course, I could then go and manually delete the extra chapters, but the whole point of this self hosted setup is automation and I don't want to re-check my whole library every week or two for duplicates. There is a setting to ignore reuploads, but it's not quite the same. I've read the megathread and other guidlines but didn't find anything really helpful. Does anyone have any idea how to set it up with reason?
