Hitting usage limit fast all of a sudden on Sonnet 5.5

Not sure if anyone else experienced the same but I'm doing a project with some research and haven't had a problem with a chat since trying Sonnet 5.5 and the chat isn't too long. But suddenly a message is hitting the limit so I put the effort on Low and it's still happening. The chat isn't very long and I use the mobile app so I can't see some of the details about usage and tokens. Is there anything that could be affecting it or a reason it's hitting the limit with Low effort or any tips? Thanks in advance.
