Anyone use a mini thermal printer alongside their sketchbook?

for those who work through design ideas with pen and paper, have you tried one of those pocket thermal printers to add images or references to your pages ? Im curious whether it added anything to your process helping you visualize ideas, organize your thoughts, or make connections between references and sketches. What did you use it for, and did you keep using it? Would love to hear what worked and what didnt
