Social media Design template

Hi guys I’m about to graduate with my A.S in graphic design this winter and I’m super excited about it. Since it is ofc hard finding a job, I decided in my free time to create a Log book and Instagram account with my friend documenting our Cafe journey around our state. I have a lot of fun creating my own design and layouts for these post, but I try to make every single one unique while still following our “brand.” (It’s trendy, cute, and scrapbook inspired). Because of this I have been recently struggling to come up with more designs the more Cafe’s we visit and it’s been burning me out. My friend suggest using templates, but I wanted to include some post in my portfolio once I tidy up some errors on my book and I am unsure if I should use templates. Again, I’m about to graduate, I actually finished all my credits so for this last term I’m waiting for my ceremony so I don’t have a professor I can walk up to and ask this so I apologize if it’s a stupid question. I don’t want to mention the social media account on my portfolio and recruiters looking at premade template posts of mine and thinking it’s good. Does this even matter?
