GIMP 3 gets local generative fill, removal, and expand

The openfill project brings generative fill, object removal, and image expansion into GIMP 3, using a user’s own ComfyUI and local models. That gives image editors a way to try these edits without leaving GIMP or relying on a hosted generation service.
