I agree. An enthralling read. Needs a lobbying team. I'd join. Even as an Alamo resident, recognizing I'm subsidized 2x: living in fire zone + owning solar PV NEM 1.0. I'd argue against the benefits I receive. Easy for me to say; I've had the 1st for 32 years and the 2nd for 18 years. Enough already.
