Cheapest way to access Navidrome remotely without exposing my home IP?

I have Navidrome running on a mini PC at home with around 100-300 GB of music. I don't want to open ports on my router, expose my home IP or keep a VPN running on my phone. My idea is to get a cheap VPS (probably Netcup), install Tailscale and Caddy on it and reverse proxy Navidrome through Tailscale, which is already running on my mini PC. I'd use my own domain with Cloudflare DNS only, avoiding Cloudflare Tunnel because of the audio streaming restrictions. Does this setup make sense or is there a simpler or cheaper alternative? What are you guys using for similar setups? Also, any recommendations for cheap and reliable VPS providers with decent bandwidth and low renewal prices?
