The recent sales were conducted under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan Ullal adopted on Nov. 14, 2025. These arrangements are meant to shield company insiders from allegations of illegal trading.

The plan permits Ullal to sell up to 5,726,000 shares of common stock, as well as an unspecified number of shares earned in connection with grants of performance-restricted stock units, before it expires on Feb. 20, 2027.

Ullal’s stake in Arista has made her one of the world’s wealthiest women and a rare non-founder executive to reach that tier. The Bloomberg Billionaires Index pegs her net worth at around $7.76 billion, meaning more than half her fortune is tied to the cloud-networking company.

Arista shares have handily outpaced the broader market this year, surging 39% against a 13% gain for the benchmark S&P 500 .

The stock jumped in early August after Arista reported better-than-expected earnings for the second quarter. Shares touched a record high of $217.41 and closed at a record $216.74 as recently as Oct. 9, though they have since pulled back from those levels.

Arista was named a Barron’s stock pick in November 2025. Since that recommendation was made, shares have risen 35%.
