Startup Banking Recommendations (I will not promote)

Bootstrapped NYC area founder here, looking for first-hand takes on startup business banking. I'm in the early stages of a friends and family round (SAFEs at a $3M pre-money valuation) and want to get the banking infrastructure right before money starts moving.
