[I will not promote] How about a service which helps early startup and small business with AI automations and growth/strategy help (don't wanna call it consulting)

I have AI ML background and decent automation skills, working as a Product Manager in my current company I have some good ensighs of business and their working. Thinking of a platform where I can provide GTM, AI Automation/integration and business strategy (in marketing and lead aquisition etc) to small businesses/struggling startups. Do yll think this has any realistic use case? Problem I think is startups might not even feel like taking help from someone else coz evryone feels they know well enough to sustain their business... thoughts?
