An HTTPS-secured Web Application Firewall in SWI-Prolog. It runs on a free-tier Google Cloud instance with only 1 GB of RAM (roughly 450 MB available after OS overhead). The entire stack operates comfortably within this limit using Prolog's lightweight threads.
