Physical Intelligence puts its robot models behind a developer API

Physical Intelligence is opening its robot models to outside developers through a hosted API beta, giving co-founder Karol Hausman and his team a way to put the training-and-testing loop they built for their own research into customers' hands. Developers upload robot demonstrations, fine-tune a model on Physical Intelligence's computing infrastructure, then run it through a hosted inference gateway connected to a robot, according to the company's announcement on October 13th.
