Thinking of switching carrier service. How’s your experience with T-Mobile?

Wife and I currently have cricket but are looking for better overall coverage, speeds, call quality and mobile hotspot flexibility. Do you guys recommend T-Mobile? How has your experience been? If you’re new here, what made you come to T-Mobile? I’m in New England and according to third party coverage maps T-Mobile seems the strongest in my area but wanted to get people’s experiences. Thanks!
