I was going to ask: Has anyone enumerated three-dimensional polyforms made by gluing together regular tetrahedra?
But I thought I'd ask Google first. Its LLM gave me the wrong answer, but that was OK, it had a link to (the wrong) OEIS sequence which had a crossreference to the right one (A276272) which was contributed by G. L. Sicherman! It's fun to keep running into Col. Sicherman again and again as the years go by.
The problem is tricky because tetrahedra have a weird dihedral angle and so many combinatorially plausible constructions are geometrically unrealizable.
