Looking for design inspiration: website & Instagram for a new sex education nonprofit (schools/teens)

I'm co-founding a small nonprofit in that offers professional sex education workshops for teenagers in schools. I'm a facilitator and not a designer, so I'd love your input on the visual direction before we commit to anything. The challenge: We need a look that works for several audiences at once: Teens (13–18): it shouldn't feel preachy, childish or like a health-department leaflet Parents and teachers: it has to feel trustworthy, professional and safe School administrators and funders: it needs to look credible and established The topic is sensitive, so we want to avoid anything cringey, overly clinical or sexualised. The tone should be warm, open, inclusive and approachable, with some humour but not at the expense of seriousness.
