Why wouldn't DeepSeek making it's Android app Open source Furthermore adding integration support like OpenUI

Hii everyone, I literally want DeepSeek to build a Small LLM that is SOTA in benchmarks and real work I literally don't want to give every data to OpenAi or any US companies More so why DeepSeek developers wouldn't focused on this. Because most of the user's I think 90% want text answers, Study helps apart from code so made a Best model under 16billion parameter category like one 16B, one under 4B, and last one for every device compatible under 1B parameters
