Apple Supplier Luxshare Expects No Material Impact From US Probe

Apple Inc. supplier Luxshare Precision Industry Co. is facing a US patent investigation into data-center power technologies following infringement allegations by Vicor Corp., according to a filing on Saturday.

The Chinese components manufacturer said the probe is not expected to have a material impact on current production, operations or business results.

The products involved remain in customer validation and have not entered mass production, according to the filing. The US International Trade Commission has not made a substantive determination on the allegations, Luxshare said.
