Comment on SpaceX Acquires xAI, Goes Public, Acquires Cursor by Plume
"As for datacenters in space I'm firmly in the "that won't work" camp."
I'm 99% sure everybody involved in this knows this won't work, and knows it is just a lie to justify the space stuff (and SpaceX buying Twitter/xAI), because there's not enough of an actual market otherwise.
"Also worth noting that Musk is running his datacenters in gas turbines at the moment"

This only a few days after they shut down Anthropic's most advanced model (while the similarly powerful GPT 5.5 remains online). It's funny how everything is a national security concern, and it somehow always hurts the administration's "enemies" and helps their "friends" (i.e., donors).
Tell me again how this isn't the most corrupt government in recent memory, and how both parties are really the same if you think about it hard enough.
