How to backup my NAS and its Containers?

So I have Synology NAS DS220+ which not only contains a bunch of loose data but also some Services running as containers managed through Portainer. I want to backup all my data and the containers and their Databases and such to my newly bought Hetzner Storage Box. All Containers have their data and folders in a folder in /docker/[Containername]. What do you guys think would be the best pipeline/workflow (As far as I know before backing up Containers they should be turned off?) to securely save a compressed backup of my NAS and the Containers which I could restore even on a new NAS like UGREEN. Best would be if some kind of "version" of the data is saved so I could rollback anything without the need to rollback everything. EDIT: I have a lot of bigger files like Bluray Rips that are at least 10GB+ if that changes anything.
