I cannot log in using my email address and password.

I haven't been able to log into my account using my email and password since yesterday. I either get a "network error," or the code simply doesn't get sent... I've tried clearing the cache and using different browsers, but after completing the CAPTCHA, the code just doesn't go through and I get an error. Is there a fix for this?
