Employees at the Kansas store, what feedback are you giving the higher ups on these new plans?

So with the recent leaks of the new T-Mix plans, it looks like the Kansas store is "piloting" these new plans already. It looks insanely confusing and downright annoying to deal with. I am genuinely curious what feedback are you giving the higher ups to green light this into going company wide soon? These plans look horrible to have to explain to customers if they go live.
